We offer domestic Free shipping on all orders except fit the items that are marked pre-order. 

4. What are the shipping costs?

The shipping is free unless a pre ordered item is ordered than the shipping cost would depend on your location if outside if the USA. If you live outside the USA , the shipping is not included but determined by the weight of the item.

5. How long until I get my delivery?

All orders can take up to 7-14 business days.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, You can cancel your order before the item is shipped.

7. How can I track my order?

Once the order has been fulfilled and shipped you will receive a conformation email stating your order has been shipped along with the tracking number for your item.

9. When do you process your orders?

All orders will be processed within 10 business days of ordering your items and shipped out the next day after processing. We process on all orders on Monday through Friday. We do not ship on the weekends.

10. Where is my package/package says delivered, but I haven't gotten it?

At check out we have an option for shipping insurance so if our package is lost, damaged or stolen you are able to file a claim if approved, you get your item resent to yo. If you do not add shipping insurance to your order Kitchen-nista nor the Shipping providers will be liable for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
